50H YIN YOGA Teacher TraINING
Yin yoga is a beautiful practice that takes us on a journey into our inner world. Through the practice of yin, we start to understand the world through stillness and softening. Yin helps us to turn inwards, tune in, and listen. When we can understand ourselves, we can start to understand the world around us. Yin practice on the mat teaches us how to practice stillness off the mat. We start to realize that there is a pause between action and reaction.

Inka Gutierrez
I am Inka Gutierrez.
ERYT 500, YACEP, Personal Trainer,
I am from Finland, studied my 220H in China, my 300H in Peru, 100H yin in Mexico and many other trainings all over the world.
I lead and certify 200h Yoga teachers across the world. I have my own signature Yin 50H YTT and 100H advanced YIN & NIDRA YTT in cooperation with my beloved yoga school, School Yoga Institute.
I am passionate about alignment and teaching a heart connected soulful yoga classes. Yoga is so much more than stretching.
I am also passionate about cacao and dancing, and I bring these two together in the form of Cacao Dance. Come and try it for yourself – and open your heart to the divine.
My favorite yoga pose
Chakrasana or Urdva Dhanurasana the wheel pose. Wheel, the all chakra pose opens heart and is an amazing opening for the entire spine. I feel incomplete without this pose in my daily practice. As in Sivananda style practice, I add Chakrasana after my shoulder stand sequence.
In the pose, I stay for 15 breaths and like to stretch out my legs up towards to the sky. I usually do 3 rounds of this pose with constructive rest in between. Such a strong, humbling yet empowering pose.
What inspires you in your practice?
I practice daily 90 to 120 minutes and it’s my grounding, my centering, my prayer and my mediation. Just moving with my breath, releasing anything that does not serve me and allowing myself to surrender to the very present moment.
I channel my inspiration for my practice from my surrounding environment by feeling, sensing, observing what’s around me. Prana, breath is such of an inspiration, just observing what goes on in body during each breath.
Yoga Styles

Vinyasa Yoga
Also called "flow" because of the smooth way the poses run together as a string to make a make a sequence. Standing, balancing and dynamic postures (asanas) are held for few breaths to make a steady progression of class. Sun salutations are integral part and after a class you will feel “totally conditioned”.
Time: 60 – 90 min class
Level: Intermediate
Due to vinyasa's more active nature, you should ideally be wearing clothes that move with you in lightweight, sweat-wicking material. A sports bra for yoga will also provide the right amount of support to carry you through flow of your poses. Bring a towel.

Slowflow Yoga
Based on vinyasa and we move slower and with more awareness. Time to stay in poses is longer and often lower – closer to the mat. This class is juicy and helps your body relieve muscle tension, restore range of motion and stretch all-over. Slow, yet no-one said easy!
Time: 60- 90 min
